CWOP
California Workplace Outreach Project. Funds CSC to be a trusted messenger teaching workers their rights and workplace-safety protections. 加州職場外展計畫。資助華埠服務中心成為可信賴的傳訊者，向勞工宣導其權利與職場安全保障。
CSBG
Community Services Block Grant. Federal anti-poverty funding (HHS → state → LA County DPSS → CSC) for services to low-income residents. 社區服務整體補助金。聯邦扶貧經費（衛生及公共服務部 → 州政府 → 洛杉磯縣 DPSS → 華埠服務中心），為低收入居民提供服務。
